5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Any delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strike, etc.) are not the responsibility of Wish Wraps.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Because our products are curated for gifting and are often personalized, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was received.

In such cases:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email/contact form link] with pictures of the issue.

  • Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, if they have not been shipped.

  • After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are owned by Wish Wraps.
Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wish Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or website downtime.
