At Wish Wraps, we’re committed to delivering your favourite gifting products quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

1.2 Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • During festivals, sales, or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed.

1.3 Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–6 working days

  • Other areas: 5–10 working days

  • Remote or rural locations may take longer depending on courier availability.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value (as mentioned on the website).

  • Orders below the free shipping limit will have a small delivery fee shown at checkout.

1.5 Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided), so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

1.6 Delays

Wish Wraps is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Since most of our items are gifting and personalized products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

2.2 Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos/videos of the item and packaging to +917977150027.

  • Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

2.3 Replacement or Refund

  • If your issue is approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (processed within 7–10 working days).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or sale items.

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct before confirming your order.
